When you send a catering enquiry, Foodiee Pandas may receive your name, mobile number, event type, event date, venue, guest count, selected dishes and notes.
How the information is used
We use these details to review your catering requirement, contact you, discuss availability and prepare an estimate. Enquiry details may also be shown in the protected owner dashboard so the business can follow up.
WhatsApp and phone contact
If you choose the WhatsApp option, your browser opens WhatsApp with the enquiry details prepared for you. You decide whether to send the message. Phone and WhatsApp services are governed by their respective providers.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell enquiry information. Details are used for catering communication and business records and are retained only as needed for those purposes or legal obligations.
